Service Delivery Policy

Trusteed is a SaaS platform, so there is no physical shipment. This policy explains how beta access, guided onboarding, and later commercial rollouts are activated for agentic commerce connectors (MCP integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms).
1. Service Activation
Current public access is handled through beta approval or an agreed rollout process, not through an active self-serve subscription checkout. Once access is approved, your MCP connector and Agent API access are typically enabled within 24 hours, and you receive confirmation with the next onboarding steps and dashboard access details.
2. Delivery Method
Service delivery is 100% digital. After activation, you access your store MCP endpoint, Agent API keys, and dashboard features through your merchant dashboard at trusteed.xyz. Access details may also be confirmed by email during beta onboarding or rollout coordination. No physical goods are shipped at any point.
3. Setup & Onboarding
Once your beta access or commercial rollout is activated, you can connect your Shopify, WooCommerce, or Odoo store in minutes using our guided onboarding wizard, with optional support during rollout planning. Priority onboarding and dedicated engineering support are coordinated during rollout planning, not through a public self-serve plan catalog today.
4. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for MCP gateway and Agent API endpoints. Real-time status is available at trusteed.xyz/status. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and the status page. Expanded support objectives are defined during commercial rollout planning, not exposed as public self-serve plan promises today.

If your service has not activated within 24 hours of confirmed onboarding, or if you experience any delivery issue, contact us at developers@trusteed.xyz. Include your account email and reference details. Support handling depends on your beta or rollout agreement, instead of a public self-serve SLA table.
